Coins & Refunds

1. How coins work

• Coins unlock paid episodes. The first episodes of every series are free.
• Coins are sold in one-off packs shown on the Coins page. Bigger packs include bonus coins.
• An unlocked episode is yours to re-read for as long as the series is offered and your account is open.
• Bought coins never expire. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except as described in this policy.
• Free coins (the welcome bonus when you join — one per household or network per 30 days — and daily rewards) work like bought coins for unlocking episodes, but are never refunded or paid out.
• You need an account to buy and hold coins, so your balance is safe across devices.

2. Paying with crypto

• Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Prices are set in US dollars; at checkout you pick a cryptocurrency (for example USDT, BTC or ETH) and see the exact amount to send.
• Blockchain network fees are paid by the sender and depend on the network you choose.
• Coins appear on your balance once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain — usually within minutes, sometimes longer when networks are busy.
• Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a bank, so there are no chargebacks. If something goes wrong, contact us — we will make it right.
• Nothing appears on a card or bank statement.

3. Refunds

Unused coins — 14 days, no questions asked

If you haven't spent any coins from a pack, you can ask for a refund of that pack within 14 days of buying it. We refund the US dollar price you paid, in the same cryptocurrency or in USDT, to a wallet address you give us, minus the network fee for sending it.

JuicyToon Pass — 14 days if unused

If you haven't opened any paid episode with a pass, you can ask for a refund of it within 14 days of buying it, on the same terms as unused coins. Once a pass has been used to read, it runs until its end date and isn't refunded in part.

Episodes that didn't work

If an episode you unlocked won't load, is missing pages or is clearly broken, tell us and we will fix it or return the coins to your balance.

Spent coins

Coins used to unlock working episodes can't be refunded, because the episode is delivered to you immediately. This doesn't affect any refund right you have under the law of your country.

If your account is closed

If we close your account without you breaking our Terms, or if you close it because you don't accept a change to our Terms, we refund unused coins from purchases made in the previous 12 months.

4. Payment problems

• Paid less than the amount shown: the payment is held for review. We will either credit the coins it covers or refund it, minus network fees — your choice.
• Paid more than the amount shown: we credit the extra as coins or refund it, minus network fees.
• Paid after the checkout expired: send us the transaction ID and we will credit or refund it.
• Sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network: funds may not be recoverable. Contact us right away and we will do what we can with our processor.
• Suspected fraud: we may hold coins or payments while we investigate, as required by anti-money-laundering rules.

5. EU and UK consumers

Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, but this right ends for digital content once delivery starts with your consent. At checkout you agree that coins are delivered immediately. Our 14-day refund for unused coins applies anyway, and nothing here limits your statutory rights, including for faulty digital content.

6. How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@juicytoon.tv from the address on your account.
2. Include the date of purchase and, if you have it, the payment or transaction ID.
3. For crypto refunds, include the wallet address and network you want the refund sent to.

We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds within 7 business days.
