- We collect only what we need to run JuicyToon: your email, your library, your reading progress and your coin purchases.
- We treat what you read as sensitive. It is never sold, never used for ads and never shown publicly.
- No advertising or analytics trackers today. If that ever changes, we will ask first.
- You pay in crypto, so we never see card details and nothing appears on a card statement.
- You can clear your history or delete your account yourself, anytime.

1. Who we are
JuicyToon (juicytoon.tv) is operated by [Company legal name], registration no. [number], registered at [registered address] ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Account: email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form), a display name we create from your email, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Support and reports: what you write to us and your email address.
Information created when you use JuicyToon
- Reading activity: series you save, episodes you open, how far you read, and episodes you unlock.
- Coins and payments: coin packs bought, amounts, the cryptocurrency used, payment status and order references. We do not receive card numbers or bank details.
- Sign-in and security: session identifiers, IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps.
Information from others
- Payment processor (NOWPayments): confirmation of your payment and its status.
- Age verification ([provider]): where the law requires verification, we receive only the result (verified or not). The provider handles any ID document or face scan under its own privacy policy and does not share your documents with us.
3. Your reading is sensitive
What you read on an adult comics site can reveal things about your sexual life or orientation. We treat all reading activity as sensitive data: we use it only to provide the features you ask for (your library, continue reading, syncing across devices), we never use it for advertising or profiling, we never sell or share it for marketing, and we never show it on any public profile. Where the law requires explicit consent for this processing, you give it when you create an account and can withdraw it by clearing your history or deleting your account.
4. How and why we use it
- To provide the Service — accounts, reading, your library, coins and unlocks (performance of our contract with you).
- To process payments and prevent fraud (contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interest in protecting the Service).
- To keep JuicyToon adults-only — age confirmation and, where required, verification (legal obligation).
- To keep accounts secure — detecting unusual sign-ins and abuse (legitimate interest).
- To answer you — support requests, reports and copyright notices (contract and legitimate interest).
- To meet legal duties — tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation).
- To send service emails — password resets, security notices and important changes. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Cookies and device storage
- Essential cookie: when you sign in, we set a secure session cookie so you stay signed in. The Service cannot work without it, so it does not need consent.
- Device storage: your browser's local storage keeps your 18+ confirmation, settings (such as discreet mode), recent searches and — if you are not signed in — your library and reading history. This stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it.
- No trackers: we currently use no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies or pixels. If we add any, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required before they run.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract and our instructions:

7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/UK. When they do, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK addendum) or rely on adequacy decisions.
8. How long we keep it

9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data (access and portability);
- correct it, or delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
You can do the most common things yourself: clear your reading history and delete your account in Account. For anything else, email privacy@juicytoon.tv. We answer within 30 days, and we may need to confirm it's really you first. Exercising your rights is free.
10. US state privacy rights
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete and correct it; and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of — we also honor Global Privacy Control signals. Reading activity is sensitive personal information and is used only to provide the Service. To make a request, email privacy@juicytoon.tv; an authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your signed permission.
11. Security
We protect your data with HTTPS encryption in transit, one-way hashing of passwords, limited staff access and regular review of our systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires. Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices.
12. Minors
JuicyToon is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete its data. If you believe a minor is using JuicyToon, tell us at report@juicytoon.tv.
13. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the new effective date at the top. For significant changes we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect.
14. Contact and complaints
