1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of juicytoon.tv and any related apps or services (together, "JuicyToon" or the "Service"). JuicyToon is operated by [Company legal name], registration no. [number], registered at [registered address] ("we", "us").

By creating an account, buying coins or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Coins & Refunds Policy and our Content Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use JuicyToon.

2. Who can use JuicyToon

• You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in the place you access the Service from.
• You must be legally allowed to view sexually explicit material where you are. You are responsible for following your local laws.
• Where the law requires it, we will ask you to verify your age through an independent provider ([age verification provider]) before you can read mature content. We may also ask at any time if we have reason to doubt your age.
• We may block access from places where we cannot lawfully offer the Service.

Accounts of anyone found to be under 18 are closed immediately.

3. Your account

• Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us right away if you think it was accessed without your permission.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer accounts.
• You can read many parts of JuicyToon without an account, but coins, purchases and syncing across devices need one.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

4. Our comics and your license

The comics, artwork, stories, characters and other material on JuicyToon ("Content") belong to us or our licensors. When you open a free episode or unlock a paid one, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to read that Content on JuicyToon for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• download, screenshot in bulk, copy, record, redistribute, publicly display or sell Content;
• remove watermarks or AI labels, or modify, translate or create derivative works from Content;
• bypass paywalls, age gates or other access controls;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or collect Content;
• use Content to train machine-learning models.

Episodes you unlock stay available to you for as long as we offer the series and your account is in good standing. If we ever stop offering a series you paid for, we will tell you in advance and refund the coins you spent on its episodes to your balance.

5. Coins and payments

• Coins are a virtual item used only to unlock episodes on JuicyToon. They have no cash value, are not money or a financial instrument, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
• Coins are sold in one-off packs. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. We never charge you without you starting a purchase.
• Coins never expire while your account is open.
• Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, NOWPayments. Prices are shown in US dollars and converted to the coin you pay with at checkout. Network fees may apply.
• Coins are added once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Unlocking an episode uses coins immediately.
• We may limit purchases or freeze coins on an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

Refunds are covered by our Coins & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under the law of your country.

6. Rules of conduct

When using JuicyToon you agree not to:

• break any law, or help anyone else do so;
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service while under 18 or help a minor access it;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with anyone;
• send spam, malware or anything harmful;
• harass, threaten or abuse other people, including our staff;
• post or send personal information about other people without their consent;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose we haven't agreed to in writing.

7. Feedback and anything you send us

JuicyToon is not a user-upload platform. If you send us comments, ideas, reports or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it to run and improve the Service without paying you. We won't publish your personal details with it without your permission.

8. AI-assisted artwork

Our artwork is created with the help of AI image tools and then selected, edited, lettered and reviewed by our team. Every episode is labeled as AI-assisted. All characters are fictional adults aged 21 or older, are drawn to look like adults, and are not based on real people. Any resemblance to a real person is unintentional — if you believe an image resembles you, please report it (see our Content Policy) and we will review it within 48 hours.

9. Intellectual property

The JuicyToon name, logo, characters, stories and the selection, arrangement, lettering and editing of our comics are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission. If you believe something on JuicyToon infringes your rights, see our Copyright Policy.

10. Suspension and closing accounts

• We may suspend or close your account, or restrict access, if you break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect users, the Service or third parties. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
• If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund unused coins from purchases made in the previous 12 months.
• If you delete your account, your coins, unlocked episodes, library and reading history are permanently deleted.
• Sections that by their nature should survive (for example licenses you granted us, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms) continue after your account ends.

11. No warranties

We work hard to keep JuicyToon running smoothly, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or meet your expectations, and we may change or remove features or series. This does not affect rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

12. Limitation of liability

• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnity

If you break these Terms or the law while using JuicyToon and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs resulting from that claim, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to consumers where local law prohibits it.

14. Governing law and disputes

Please contact us first at support@juicytoon.tv — most issues are solved quickly that way. These Terms are governed by [governing law], and disputes will be heard by [competent courts]. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the EU's online dispute resolution options where available.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or the law changes. For significant changes we will notify you by email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree with the new Terms, you can stop using JuicyToon and delete your account before they take effect; unused coins from purchases in the previous 12 months will be refunded on request.

16. General

• If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Service, and your rights will not be reduced as a result.
• Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
• These Terms are written in English; translations are for convenience only.
