Seoul, 1968. When the curfew siren sounds at midnight, nobody may walk the streets until four. Struggling composer Joo Han-seul pays to use the piano at the Blue Moon jazz club after closing, which means four hours locked in with its owner, Hong Seol, the widowed singer who hasn't sung a note since her husband's funeral. She corrects his chords without looking up. Neither of them is telling the truth about who wrote her husband's songs, and every night four hours feels shorter.
