Ex-detective Woo Do-kyung works nights at Hotel Lune, a neon love hotel in Yeongdeungpo, and keeps one rule: never let Room 404. Every Thursday at 11:11 the kiosk books it under the name of a woman who died there seven years ago. Then Bae Rin, a purple-haired ghost-hunting streamer, pays cash for 404 and walks in with a camera. Her viewers see someone sitting on the bed. Do-kyung knows the face. He closed her case.
