Broke illustrator Im Si-won has five days to finish two book covers, so he ignores the warning on a box of antique pigments: never paint by moonlight. At midnight Raven Sinclair, witch-duchess of The Thornwood Curse, climbs out of the wet canvas, followed by Valentina Cruz, the tango-dancing spy of Red Tango. Both hate their tragic endings. Both have decided he's the rewrite. And their reclusive author, Eun Yu-ra, is on her way to Jeonju to inspect the covers.
