Every Thursday at 3:33 a.m., a soft-spoken man in a camel coat knocks at the back door of a Seoul blood bank, buys the expired bags with exact change and leaves a thank-you card. The staff call him the Count. Night nurse Joo Han-seul calls him Mr. Sim. Then one Thursday, Sim Yo-han doesn't come, and Han-seul finds him starving in the alley. Letting him in is easy. Not wanting him to bite is much harder.
