Pirate queen Valentina Cruz steals the map to the Tide Heart from the Governor's vault, and in the same night fishes three men out of the sea: Ragnar Holt, the Northern raider whose ship she sank; Commodore Seol Ji-hwan, the navy officer who has hunted her for three years; and Im Si-won, the cartographer who drew the map. Each holds a piece she needs. Each wants her treasure, her heart, or both. The Lord Admiral's fleet is one sunrise behind.
